Home office: Milan, Rome Your Challenges: The Project Senior Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with project managers, and providing guidance to junior planners. She/he will useproject management softwareto manage timelines, resources, and dependencies and will work closely with project teams to ensure that deadlines are met, and projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication andorganizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and experience inproject planningand management. Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software; Coordinate with project managers to ensureproject timelinesare accurate and up-to-date; Identifycritical path activitiesand ensure that they are properly prioritized; Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues; Provide guidance tojunior plannersandproject team members; Collaborate with project teams to identifyresource requirementsand ensure that they are available when needed; Develop and maintainproject risk management plans; Provide regular project status reports to project managers and other stakeholders; Participate in project planning andstatus meetings; Continuously evaluate and improve project planning processes and tools.
