Role overview Role overview We are looking for two highly motivated Influencer Campaign Managers with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to help us launch Metapic in Italy. You are passionate about influencer & digital marketing with a creative focus and a good understanding of the fashion, lifestyle and beauty landscapes in the Italian market. You are able to multitask and prioritise in the right way. Main Responsibilities Main responsibilities Scout and recruit Influencers and Influencer agencies Create and nurture long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders Provide support to influencers through effective messaging via multiple communication channels Develop innovative ideas for content, brand initiatives and campaigns to push Metapic as well as continuously optimize campaigns on a daily basis Project mange our campaigns and be responsible for the whole process from concept creation to campaign delivery, identifying relevant influencers to ensure campaign goals Follow up, reporting, and analysis of campaign KPI’s and objectives Be the link between our team, clients, and influencers Support the Tech team in understanding market requirements and support them in product development workshops with ideas and insights Contribute to Metapic’s positive and entrepreneurial culture Your profile Professional requirements You have a genuine interest in the influencer landscape and pop culture You understand the strength of influencer marketing and consume social channels such as Instagram and TikTok daily Fluent in Italian and English 1 year work experience within influencer marketing/PR Agency in Italy University education within Digital Marketing is a plus If you are an influencer yourself, that is a nice bonus as well Personal qualities You are self-sufficient team player You are service-minded and structured You are result-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset You are proactive You like to have fun Why us?
