We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by leading the analysis, design, architecture, engineering, and operational activities necessary for the Navy’s transition to an enterprise IT / Cyberspace environment, using an Operations Support System ( OSS ) management framework Lead the analysis, design, architecture, engineering, and operational activities necessary for the Navy’s transition to an enterprise IT and Cyberspace environment which will use an Operations Support System ( OSS ) management framework and include work needed to address all of the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy requirements to establish sustainable solutions and a separate management network, possibly out-of-band ( OOB ) . Work with engineers, analysts, and planners to assess and document the current as is Network Operations ( NETOPS ) or Network Management and Command and Control ( C2 ) structure and analyze current existing network management tools, manpower, infrastructure, and data transport needs that may be utilized in the future. Identify specific capability gaps, challenges, policy or governance, and other limitations preventing effective NETOPS C2 for applicable networks. Facilitate the recommendation of solutions to realign existing capabilities, implement new capabilities, revise current policy , and address shortfalls. Analyze and continue to improve upon enterprise operations and networking environment plans to create an overarching roadmap that will be used to guide the customer’s evolution. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, contribute to the development of new policies , governing principles, and concepts, and work closely with customers to develop strategic plans and programmatic or te chn ology roadmaps and solicit and prioritize stakeholder requirements. You Have : 10 years of experience as an enterprise level information te chn ology project manager, leading the analysis, design, architecture, engineering, and operational activities for an Operational Support System ( OSS ) Knowledge of DoD Information Network ( DODIN ) operational environments Experience with whitepaper and decision brief development TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor’s degree Nice if you Have : Experience with the Defense Acquisition System Knowledge of the DoD’s missions, processes, and culture Knowledge of applicable DoD systems, networks, and IT infrastructure, OCONUS Enterprise Network ( ONE-NET ) , IT-21, Afloat, and Embarkable networks, Joint systems, and Platform IT Ability to effectively communicate at DoD senior leadership levels, including Military O-6 or Flag Officer-General Officer, or Senior Executive Service Ability to work on complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions Master’s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
