Description Innovyou is looking for a Python Senior Backend Developer able to develop core software components for the odoo platform in a production-grade environment using the strongest methodologies and best practices. The candidate will lead a team of junior developers and will work closely to the Business Anlyst and the Project Manager. The Backend Developer will translate functional requirements and specifications into techincal specifications and will decide implementation detals, leading junior developers and ensuring delivery times and code quality. Responsibilities Support Project Managers and Business Analysts in defining software requirements and estimating time efforts and delivery dates Design and implement high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable systems Be hands-on in building and developing key core infrastructure components Lead junior developers in the coding phase Put in place best security and test automation practices to ensure product quality Address CI/CD methodologies and techniques Be open-minded, cooperative, and constructive on the job Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily, review, and retrospective) BS in Computer Science or a similar technical degree, or equivalent practical experience 3 years of software development experience Native speaker of Italian or Fluent. Basic knowledge of business process analysis and software design formalism Strong experience with both relational databases ( PostgreSQL ) and non-relational databases (e.g., Redis , MongoDB ) Experience with message queueing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ ) Working knowledge of Docker and containerization Comfortable with Python 3 and web frameworks (e.g., Flask ) Familiarity with Python testing frameworks Experience in contributing or managing Open Source projects Experience with event-driven microservice applications Experience with eventually consistent architectures (e.g., CQRS ) Knowledge of Domain-Driven-Design and Event Sourcing J-18808-Ljbffr
