Job Purpose: Management of our existing Distribution and channel partner relationships and provide efficient and effective inside sales support to the Italy Sales team. Contribute to generating incremental revenue, supporting Distributors and resellers about the Hanwha / Wisenet products offering, services, promotional programs, and Channel Partner Program. This includes working with sales, marketing, operations, order processing & executive management to provide high level of support to the distributors. Efficient management of marketing funds will be also required, with support in managing and organising marketing and promotional activities and events, including localisation of marketing material provided by HQ. Key Responsibilities: This is a fast-paced, dynamic and extremely satisfying high-energy business where the person is expected to have a sense of urgency and be very hands–on. The successful candidate must be committed to customer service excellence and have experience that demonstrates success in an expanding, growth situation. The Inside Sales/Distribution Sales Manager must be comfortable working strategically and tactically with a very consultative sales approach. Key responsibilities will include: Primary contact for Italy and Greece distributors for day-to-day activity Manage Distribution Agreements including Sell-Out, Sell-In and Promotions Manage annual account budgets for the Channel accounts which include revenue growth goals, marketing expenses, and contribution objectives Coordinate effectively with Italy Sales team in order to maximize revenue generation efforts with key partners Work regionally across top major Distributor channels to deploy New product information, pricing and available marketing content including technical information Work with European and Korean HQ Marketing teams to develop sales and training tools, marketing materials, and demand generation programs for existing and potential customer bases and take care of translation and localisation in order to deliver appropriate material Work closely with local sales team to support their activity Support Country Manager in local office management and operating activities Other duties as assigned Experience & Qualification Requirements: Previous experience within a Channel Marketing or Channel Management position; or a similar role A proven track record of success in personally developing channel relationships and programs with measurable, profitable results Degree Education would be desirable Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial. Degree Level Education would be advantageous PC Literate – Intermediate and advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English A desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognition Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers and partners Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgment Ability to demonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targets A team player – demonstrate success in team situations Logical and well-organised with exceptional attention to detail Displays a pro-active approach and is a ‘solution finder’ Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Local language & English essential Full and clean driving licence Location: The jobholder is required to be located near the Italy sales office in Milan and is office-based.
