Scalapay

THE ROLE: As an integration manager you will play a key role within our integration team and you will be responsible to ensure integrations with our merchants and partners run smoothly and fast while ensuring high quality integrations. You will assist our merchants during the integration of Scalapay on their e-commerce and will be the main point of contact to answer technical questions and provide best practice to ensure optimal customer experience. You will be working closely with our sales and account team acting as integration referent before, during and after Scalapay go live, making sure each project is delivered in a timely manner with the highest quality possible. You must be comfortable in wearing many hats, from product manager to technical account manager you will own your market when it comes to merchant onboarding and integration. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Work closely with the sales team to join merchant pitches and support during the sales process Work closely with the account team to support upselling processes Perform all the activities needed to onboard a new merchant Communicate with merchants and partners both via phone and email during the entire integration lifecycle Provide first level support for any technical issues that arise from integration Run ad-hoc reports on merchant performance Create and maintain technical documentation Constantly look for improvement opportunities and best practices WHAT YOU NEED: A degree in business, engineering or computer science. Native or bilingual in French Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English Good understanding of technical documentation and APIs. You must enjoy working in a high-energy, fast paced growth environment (experience in a fast growing startup is a plus) Have excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise multiple projects at the same time.
