Stage – Internal Communication page is loaded Stage – Internal Communication Apply locations Milan, IT posted on Posted 3 Days Ago job requisition id R-14321 Team Overview and Job Responsibilities The Internal Communications intern serves as a member of Prysmian Global Communications Department, reporting to the Director for Internal Communications. This role supports the partnership with clients to develop appropriate, targeted, communication collateral to meet the objectives of assigned projects and organizational priorities. The intern will execute communication strategies and assist in developing collateral in support of change initiatives aligned with Prysmian strategic goals. Accountabilities: Manage assigned tasks and small projects, supporting the collaboration with clients to devise strategy and executevarious communications. Support the development of clear, concise communications designed to provide need-to-know information to Prysmaian workforce around important changes, values, and initiatives. Collect and support the analysis defined metrics to evaluate success of new communications deliverables. Who are we looking for? Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or a related field is required Experience with Canva & Powerpoint is a plus Required Skills and Abilities: Outstanding written and verbal communications and presentation skills, including strong editing skills (content, grammar, spelling) Proven ability to apply a creative approach to produce clear, compelling, motivating communications that achieve desired outcomes Excellent judgment in determining the appropriateness and content of messages Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
