What you’ll do: You will join the team of Planning & Control following in particular the International Business reporting directly to the International Controlling Manager You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following tasks: Support in the implementation of the management control activities of the subsidiaries; Coordinating the closing, budgeting and forecasting processes with delta analysis and reporting; Support and coordination in the creation and implementation of the guidelines given by HQ to the foreign subsidiaries; Ensuring consistency of the planning and reporting activities for the different countries and subsidiaries; coordination of business reviews meeting Interfacing with the main corporate functions in order to support the transition phases for the new business; Supporting in the preparation of business cases and simulations scenario for the new tenders; Who you are: You have at least 5 years of experience in the controlling area of a structured company supporting the business functions; You have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering ; You have excellent knowledge of Office package and IT Financial and Reporting System (SAP, Oracle); You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written; You are a team worker , flexible and proactive; You know how to manage task and projects autonomous ly, you have strong analytical skills and you’re able to relate and speak at executive level; Preferrably, you also have: Availability for travel; Basic knowledge of Oracle Planning and Hyperion; What we offer you/you can expect from us: Permanent contract ; Hybrid work ; Company-Owned Devices: laptop and business mobile phone; Meal Allowance; Supplemental Health Insurance.
