What you’ll do: · You will join the International HR Team and report directly to the International Senior HR Manager. · You will work closely with the Leadership team of the International Department to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success. · Consult with management on a regular basis, providing guidance on various people-related matters, including administrative tasks, onboarding and induction procedures, learning and development activities, performance management, salary reviews, and recruiting processes. · Educate, coach, and partner with managers. · Your focus will be on supporting the International Team in Milan (50%) and on promoting business growth abroad (50%) through HR projects. · As an HR Business Partner, your role will involve collaborating with local Italian (ITA) managers and HR teams abroad to address employee needs, promote a positive work culture, and drive organizational success. Who you are: · You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles within structured environments in fast-moving industries or consulting firms. · You hold a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. · You possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (O365). · You are proactive, adaptable, and innovative. · You exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. · You are available and flexible to engage in international business trips as required for meetings, training, or other HR-related activities (up to 30% of your working time). Countries involved may include Morocco, Turkey, Tunisia, and more in the future.
