We are looking for an International Payroll Specialist to be part of the HR Department. He/she will report directly to the Europe Payroll Coordinator and will support the team in managing all the HR Administration-related activities for the European branches. Main Activities And Responsibilities Manage all the administrative and payroll activities related to European branches for all the employee life cycle, from hiring to exit, in line with labour law and regulations and internal policies Guarantee the correct attendance registration in line with local legislations and company policies Carry out all the administrative activities: hirings, terminations, transformations, sick leave, maternity leave, accidents, resignations, etc., in compliance with company laws and regulations Draft and update of company policies, HR software and regulatory changes Provide administrative support to the employees to solve queries related to payroll and labour law issues, such as: deductions, wages, contracts, severance pay, pension funds, procedures and policies, local collective agreement regulations etc. Manage relationships with external payroll providers, legal consultants and others company departments (finance, Comp. & Ben., Retail, etc.) Collect data and prepare reports on payroll data Collaborate in HR projects on a European level Analyse HR costs Requirements At least 3 years of previous experience in International HR Administration/Payroll with deep knowledge of European labour law Economics/administrative degree or High School Diploma Fluent in English, both written and spoken Knowledge of an additional language will be positively evaluated Knowledge and previous experience with Zucchetti will be considered a plus Data management and analytical thinking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Proactivity, dynamism and determination Location : Milan J-18808-Ljbffr
