About the Internship in Loyalty Join us in our Loyalty team and you will support us in the following activities. Specific Responsibilities: Support the design and implementation of all online engagement activities in IQOS Club to ensure a positive bonding &, advocacy experience of IQOS Brief internal stakeholders or agencies in order to design dedicated loyalty online experiences Follow the development of platform updates and enhancements by collaborating with our key online supplier Manage IQOS CLUB catalogue (orders, stock analysis, product launches, products management, promotions) Collaborate with other teams to share initiatives’ plan and results Be proactive in finding new development opportunities for the platform Assist the Product Owner in defining and collecting product requirements and testing new product features to be released on IQOS Club Daily reporting Who we’re looking for: University degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related background Fluent in English and Italian Good ability in using all Microsoft Office tools (mainly Excel and Power Point) Good communication skills Great flexibility and ability to prioritize Interest in digital tools &, trends What’s ‘nice to have’: A previous experience in a Digital &, Marketing department will be considered a plus A previous experience or strong interest in Product Ownership will be considered a plus Problem Solving and Customer orientation Ability to work both alone and in a team Quick learning capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit Attitude to work in a complex environment with tight deadlines What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
