We are looking for a Invoicing Specialist The candidate, reporting directly to the Invoicing Manager will have the following responsibilities: What Will You Do: Manage reports to allocate and register invoices correctly and communicate relevant data to Controlling department; Support ad hoc projects and other activities aimed at improving invoicing processes; Manage the invoicing process relative to the different Logistics services offered to customers, ensuring that the correct tariff is applied to the correct typology of services; Create customer ID and set up tariffs and other contractual indexes based on the information provided by Business Development; Ensure accurate invoices in a timely manner; Handle monthly invoicing process, and specifically gather data from Operations and invoicing system send invoices and attachments to customers; Check data and highlight discrepancies to Business Development, Key Account Managers and Operations; Correct mistakes; Fill in invoices templates applying correct VAT % or exemption; Send invoices to SDI (for electronic invoicing) or to the customers; Support process improve Requirements · A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; · Master`s degree in Economy; · Languages: Italian (native); English (Good); · Good Knowledge of Office J-18808-Ljbffr
