Manpower Group, leader nella creazione di soluzioni integrate per l’incontro tra domanda e offerta di lavoro e lo sviluppo della carriera ricerca per PHILIP MORRIS ITALIA un/una IT Business Analyst Main responsibilities Lead and manage projects and activities during the life cycle of the products after the release for sales. Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s. Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Manage the cost, schedule and performance objectives of the projects and its work packages within the organization. Manage interdependencies between cross-functional workstreams in order to realize specified deliverables and benefits. Ensure appropriate requirements within the projects by partnering with relevant business unit/s or external resources. Ensure understanding of customer value in the projects and act to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations. Ensure transparency around change requests, unforeseen results/events and identified risks and ensures that they are properly managed and communicated. Ensure that all opportunities are captured and acted upon. Manage all products variants and customization request from the request to the release. Work closely with product owner, business analyst, development teams, operation, providing the best solution to fulfil the business case and customer satisfaction in terms of response and delivery time, quality level and product performance. Transfer new products from development team to Operation with all the set of documentation Technical skills: CRM, Sales and Post Sales platform Application Software (Salesforce.com, CPQ, e-commerce tools) Agile and waterfall project management Architecture and design of IT solutions Integration Managerial skills: Ability to work in an international team Communication and Active Listening Skills Synthesis and reporting of key events. Soft skills: “User-centric” approach Anticipate IT problems, possible solutions, needs and risks Focus on user satisfaction Strong “problem solving”, reactivity and pro-activity skills Open, strong communicator who communicates effectively across teams, locations and cultures Good interpersonal and communication skills.
