IT Business Analyst CRM & E-COM

Loacker – To strengthen our global Digital Business Development team, we are looking for a IT Business Analyst CRM & E-COM to serve as a technology expert and trade-union between internal and external partners and vendors in the ongoing development and optimization of the digital sales and marketing landscape. You will be responsible for driving value and change leveraging software and technical capabilities across the various stages of the systems development life cycle, primarily in the digital sales and marketing domain.

YOUR TASKS

• Technical guidance and support to the teams and building a solid and reliable software ecosystem
• Select and advise the most appropriate technologies and design software architectures and solutions to meet goals and objectives
• Hands on configuration / customization, integration, documentation, and coordination of multiple software solutions and systems
• Monitoring activities on business systems
• Providing guidance to, supporting and working with various Stakeholders (internal, software vendors, implementation agencies)
• Business Users, Business Partners, Systems’ Key-Users and technical IT roles
• Coordination of external vendors and oversight cost/licensing budget

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, system solution architecture or similar Technical IT roles
• Required hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
• Knowledge of systems such as Mobile CRM, E-commerce platforms CMS platforms
• Experience and knowledge of software development lifecycles, interfacing and integrating systems
• Self-motivated and self-managing, proactive and with strong organizational skills
• Fluent in Italian and English, German is a plus
