Management of the Production environment: Run/Incidents, Service Requests, Change Management and IS Security Participate and contribute to the design and implementation of architectural solutions within the Commercial domain Ensure technical coordination between the IT, other IS domains or other Countries Ensure IT security compliance according to the Cyber Security policy and other internal Operation procedure Technical skills: ITIL processes and procedures for IT Service Management (ITSM) Management of Operating Systems (Server/Client) and the main Application Software (Salesforce, e-commerce tools) Network architectures, network and firewalling security solutions Architecture and design of IT solutions Managerial skills: Ability to work in an international team Communication and Active Listening Skills Synthesis and reporting of key events Soft skills: User “centric” approach Anticipate IT problems, possible solutions, needs and risks Focus on user satisfaction Strong “problem solving”, reactivity and pro-activity skills Open, strong communicator who communicates effectively across teams, locations and cultures Good interpersonal and communication skills.
