To strengthen our Global IT team s and perform the roadmap towards business objectives, we are looking for IT Project Managers specialized in the areas of HR processes and systems, to lead initiatives and delivery in the areas of: -HR & Collaboration systems , mainly targeted to shoreside personnel management. – Crew Management systems, mainly targeted to the onboard personnel. Key challenges: A rich portfolio of initiatives and systems to be managed with strong discipline in term of priority, value-for-money and compliance. The chosen candidate will join the dedicated IT unit in Costa and Carnival , managing HR & Collaboration projects and systems to identify, design, and implement the best IT solutions , keeping the high-level objectives to optimize the internal customer experience and to increase process efficiency. Main responsibilities • Systems evolution and maintenance. • Define the systems roadmap according to the company strategy. • Guarantee systems compliance to SOX, GDPR regulations and to all Company requirements and policies. • Plan and lead projects involving systems in your area of responsibility. • Collaborate with IT Business Partners to collect business needs and estimate the technical and economic feasibility of the identified solutions. • Participate to working groups and business initiatives cross Brands requiring HR & Collaboration business and technical knowledge. • Day to day liaison with several stakeholders: Key users, Internal and external Auditors, IT infrastructure, Operations and Delivery teams, Suppliers. Key requirements • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred), preferably with focus on Information Technology • Experience as Project Manager (at least 5 years) in global companies’ technology programs implementation in Human Resources and Collaboration areas. • Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools. • Fluent English is essential (B2 level), any other foreign language would be a plus. • ORACLE HCM, ServiceNow and Low Code platforms , Learning management systems knowledge are preferred. • PMP Certification is to be considered as a plus. • Remarkable meeting facilitation, organizational and communication skills. • Availability to work flexible hours as needed to complete projects. • Strong relationship building abilities, to be able to work collaboratively at all levels and with colleagues located in different Countries. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy. • Ability to focus on internal customer’s perspective. The IT&C department enable faster and smarter decision making providing pioneering technology solutions to enhance guest experience and onboard services, working closely to other departments and partners to create the best tools to support operations and Company strategy. If you will join this department you could lead big projects across multiple geographies that have significant impact on business results and will also drive business process designing change and solution improvements to processes and providing operational support to existing IT systems in its day-to-day operations.
