We are looking for an  IT SENIOR ANALYST LOGISTICS  based in  VALDAGNO .

The resource will join the IT Logistics area, in particular he/she’ll manage projects/evolutions and guarantee the highest level of service to the Business through the solutions implemented on the actual ERP SAP AFS and SAP RTL, supporting the evolution process. He/She’ll deal with:

• Manage assigned projects: start-up, planning, execution, control and closure, using project management techniques and methods
• Plan and allocate resources on project activities and monitor their progress, ensuring the best communication and harmony in the project team, organize and/or participate at steering committee and implement the decisions, progressively check with Business Key Users that the requirements are being respected
• Ensuring the solidity of IT solutions developed, collaborating with professionals both internal and external to the organization in order to obtain the maximum result in terms of maintenance and evolution of the solutions
• Provide maximum support and assistance to Business Key Users, colleagues and outsiders, representing the main point of reference for the project
• Guarantee training about the solutions developed and support users in change management
• Collect feedback and requests from Business Key Users in order to ensure compliance with company objectives and vision, translate requests in technical requirements
• Monitor and supervise projects and activities, verifying the alignment between objectives defined at the beginning and actual results
• Maintain a high quality level of relationships with colleagues, business key users and entities outside the company
• Being able to establish and maintain with continuous corrective interventions a constant balance between the activities carried out, the relationships maintained and the personal ambitions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
• Knowledge of SAP in particular modules MM/WM/EWM
• Experience in Logistic flows, Supply Chain and Retail is highly beneficial
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest for IT and Technology
• Good English level (spoken and written)
