ExxonMobil and its affiliates strives towards operational excellence with talented people, strong financial resources and cutting edge technology. • As a Project Engineer (PE) you will be a key member of the Italy Engineering Team. You will be joining a group of other two PE and one Office Engineer, reporting to the Italy Engineering Lead • As a PE you will be in charge of developing and executing projects related to inland and marine Fuels Terminals, ensuring the right scope, cost and timing. You will have the opportunity to work on multidisciplinary projects, interacting with colleagues from multiple functions and countries. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Producing project design package which meets objectives and business expectations • Develop execution plans and cost estimates • Perform and coordinate review meetings, driving alignment of key stakeholders • Follow project standards and procedures • Connect with the procurement group for material purchase strategy • Manage engineering companies and contractors during design and execution • Perform activities as key interface with Fuels Terminals • Ensure correct cost booking and control project metrics REQUIREMENTS OF THE CANDIDATE • Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree • Experience with Construction Management, Execution Planning, Design and Engineering Management • Fluency in English • Domestic mobility and driving license SKILLS • Collaborative attitude • Effective and Clear Communication • Sound Decision Making • Strong Team Working ability • Ability to handle time pressure and changing priorities • Analytical and problem-solving mindset WHAT WE OFFER Our people are driven, result-oriented and focused on getting the best out of their teams. • Our company culture: open, with an international mindset and down to earth • Development through our hands-on approach, job rotation system and regular training enable our people to learn and develop their talents continuously.
