Position

Bulgari, within its Jewelry Business Unit based in Rome , is searching for a Jewelry Group Product Marketing Senior Manager.

Mission:

Lead the Product Portfolio strategy and Product Lifecycle of the assigned category, according to the Brand Image, positioning and the market evidence/commercial potential, in order to support the company vision and reach the business objectives in terms of share of market, revenues and margins.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Support the top management in the definition of the portfolio Marketing strategy for the Jewelry category, detecting consumer target, product concept, price positioning, distribution channels, expected revenues, target margin, etc., with specific focus on the 3YP and full respect of the budget guidelines.
  • Evaluate performance analysis on the market to identify business opportunities for the category (new market segments, new products/line extensions, etc.), analyze consumers and industry trends to address the portfolio evolution.
  • Ensure team competences improvement as well as people growth and motivation.
  • Guide the development of the Product Marketing brief according to the brand strategy and execution of the Product Development process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supervise the product portfolio & product life cycle coordinating the Product Managers, and propose marketing and product plan corrective actions, if needed.
  • Cooperate with Central Merchandising and Supply Chain departments to define product assortments, sales forecast evolution and ensure product availability.
  • Cooperate with Global Brand & Communication department to ensure the right communication plan (campaign, ATL, BTL, events etc.) according to the brand long-term strategy and positioning.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • 10 years’ experience in similar roles from Jewelry/High Jewelry business.
  • Understanding of the luxury brands, fashion industry and current trends.
  • Product Marketing and Merchandising techniques.
  • Awareness of the main phases and critical points of the jewelry product development process.
  • Analysis and reporting.
  • Project Management.
  • Fluency in English, Italian is a nice-to-have
  • IT applications (SAP/ERP, BW, MS Office)
