We are looking for a Technician Project Manager to help us to acquire, to develop and to build utility scale renewables energy plants in Italy, reporting to the Country Director of the company among your areas of responsibility will be the following This is a unique opportunity if you are not afraid to not only challenge the status quo but also to propose and implement changes to our processes. We are looking for a Junior Business Developer to help us to acquire and to develop utility scale renewables energy plants in Italy, reporting to the Senior BD of the company. The main responsibilities are: Project Development Identify, define, and organize processes related to the development of utility scale renewable energy projects such as PV, wind and energy storage system. Possess knowledge of the project development process, from identification to commercial operation. Manage and monitor the project chronogram to ensure adherence to timelines. Support to establish strategic alliances with companies in the renewable energy sector to enhance project development opportunities. Coordinate Due Diligence processes for the acquisition of third-party projects in conjunction with Project Managers. Support in preparing the draft of development service agreement and negotiate with the development partners for project development/acquisition in alignment with the company’s strategy, Planning and Strategy Collaborate with different units involved in the project development process (Planning, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, PM, etc.). Measure and report on operational performance, identifying relevant KPIs and develop plans to improve KPIs as needed to enhance project efficiency and profitability. Set clear objectives and deadlines to be met and track project execution. Ensures that the team meets deadlines and that the project does not go over budget. Establishes smooth communication between team members involved in the project. Market intelligence Stay aware of new technologies available in the market, such as batteries, hydrogen, or hybridization of PV and Wind, and assess their potential applicability to projects. Follow up-to-date market regulations related to renewable energy sector. Required qualifications are: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field Knowledge of renewable energy systems, technologies, and industry best practice. Ability to work in cross-country and dynamic environments. Work experience on multinational/global companies is preferred. More than 1 year of experience of renewable energy system development Fluent level of English is essential. Fluent level of Spanish is preferred (not obligatory) – Valuable skills: Proven track record of projects developed in Italy including land securing, service development negotiation, grid connection and permitting process. Well valued experience in other countries Versatile, multifaceted and flexible person, very executive and business oriented Great communication skills also in English Used to work on multinational/ global companies reporting to top management J-18808-Ljbffr
