Junior Project Manager

Taking part in Offer, RFQ-RFI, tenders, contract, call-off orders preparation and negotiation, collaborating with the Sales Managers and providing at least a Raw Order Magnitude estimation of timing, activities scheduling, and costs; Site inspections and ability of evaluating site accessibility and potential risks; In Project initiation and scheduling: Identifying the resources required to bring the project to successful completion ensuring they are properly engaged; Prioritizing activities and tasks based on business value; Define macro planning and guidelines; Scheduling purchasing plans for materials, sub-contractors for support services, suppliers for waste and sludge disposal; Timely and proactive identification of potential issues; In project execution and monitoring: Developing the best approach to the project, ensuring productive working relationship with the customer throughout project duration; Ensure the financial performance and result of the project, achieving the best outcome for Wolftank Italy; Providing strong direction for a small/medium project team in order to meet customer’s contractual requirements; Responsible for reporting of project status and outcomes to multiple stakeholders (Project Review Meeting, customer, Business Unit Manager), coordinating the project document flow; Ensuring that tasks are coordinated and carried out in a manner which is aligned with Wolftank Italy standard practices and procedures and the customer expectations; Your profile Technical Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering/Economics or proven previous experience in similar role; MS Office Suite Fluency in Italian and English, German will be considered as a plus; CAPM will be considered as a plus; Soft Skills: Conflict management; Stress management; Financial awareness of the project; Ability to understand behaviors and personalities, facilitating teams; Problem solving; Availability for short world-wide business trips; Great communication skills are mandatory; About us: Wolftank Group is a leading global technology partner for energy and environmental solutions.
