Kaizen Promotion Officer

We are looking for a smart, passionate and driven Lean Engineer – Kaizen Promotion Officer to join our headquarters in Mestrino. The candidate will be part of a stimulating and rapidly evolving environment, oriented towards teamwork. Their responsibilities will include managing continuous improvement by analyzing production processes, identifying improvement opportunities, defining plans to achieve targets, monitoring progress, and supporting work teams in implementing proposed improvements. They will also contribute to promoting the Lean culture within the company, coordinate Kaizen and 5S projects, and collaborate across different company functions, including production. Requirements: • Degree in engineering or economics-related discipline • Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to embrace change • Strong results-oriented mindset • Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of the English language • Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad Location: Mestrino (PD) DAB PUMPS is an equal opportunity employer and encourages workforce diversity.
