We are currently seeking a Data Product Owner who will report to the Supply Chain Head of Product and will be accountable for designing and delivering Data Products for Brands and Kering Corporate. If you are passionate, curious, and collaborative, come and join our Data team in Florence. Your opportunity Part of the Kering Tech organization, the Data team is responsible for delivering a collaborative Data platform and Data Products to Kering corporate functions and Kering brands. The team is structured in functional domains delivering datasets and helping business users in their data journey. In addition to the functional domain, two transversal domains complete the team: The Architecture team, responsible for the governance of the data platforms and the Platforms team, who is responsible for the tech foundation. The challenge of the Data team today is to build the future modern data platform for Kering and its brands while maintaining old legacy systems and ensuring their business continuity. This platform will be built on the cloud and must be collaborative with federated governance respecting some of Data Mesh principles. How you will contribute As Supply Chain Data Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and building data products to answer brands and corporate needs. You’ll also be responsible for driving the Product team and ensuring the maintenance and evolution of existing products: · You will be accountable for the vision and roadmap definitions of the Datasets of the Supply Chain domain, orders family · You will be responsible for the legacies product and their decommissioning roadmap based on the Kering Technologies Data strategy · You will maintain the product (the whole Data structures, systems and services that belong to the Supply Chain domain) and be responsible for their level of service (Incidents, quality, etc) · You will lead the discovery phase with the brands and Kering functions to shape the Product roadmap · You will translate business needs into functional specifications, do the tests, and validate deliveries with users · You will pilot the product delivery with development teams · You will be responsible for the overall Tech & Business deliverables Who you are? · You have at least 5 years of experience in Data Management/Engineering to be able to drive product evolution and a dedicated consulting team. Experience as a Product Owner is a plus · You are knowledgeable of Cloud concepts, SQL, and tools like DBT, big query and other data tools, and data modelling · You have a combination of data management and business knowledge to be able to translate the use case needs into data-driven solutions · You’re able to build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, and dependency · You have strong Agile project management and organizational skills · You’re experienced in logistics business processes (luxury knowledge is a plus) · You have good knowledge of operation management, ITIL processes and Production management · You have good communication skills, rigour, and a well-organized and analytical mindset · You’re fluent in English Why work with us?
