We are currently seeking an IT Production MDM Integration Specialist who will report to the Production MDM Integration Expert as part of our dynamic team in Florence Your opportunity You will work in the Production and Aftersales department, part of the Supply Chain domain of Kering Tech. Reporting to the MDM Integration Expert, you will be responsible for providing high quality support service related to Master Data and Integration projects and to production processes across Group luxury brands worldwide. You will assist and provide quality and solid system designs and solutions to solve business requirements. How you will contribute You will: Collaborate on the end-to-end implementation and deployment projects for the Product Master Data area: collecting business needs & requirements to support functional and technical analysis; testing, validating; being part of the vendors management Collaborate on functional and technical analysis in order to achieve the high quality of the solution and to produce documentation and statement of work progress Collaborate in managing internal stakeholders defining the project objectives being involved in the process of demand and to solve conflict escalation, negotiations aimed to the normalization and to the recovery of critical, predictable / expected (or not) events Support the planning and monitoring project / change requests / evolution and application maintenance progress in terms of definition of the whole projects’ plan (deliverables, milestones, deadlines) Highlight constraints, risks and issues to Production Specialist Who you are A professional 3-5 years with an experience in IT integration projects in international and complex context Knowledgeable of Master Data integration processes between different platforms (e.g. SAP, PLM) and technologies (Web Services and API) Knowledgeable of Production processes related to the fashion industry, is a plus Knowledgeable about DB query languages to analyze/export data from a database. DB2 and Oracle knowledge as a plus Skilled in communication, able to building collaboratively work relationships with stakeholder Analytical mindset, very well organized able to strictly follow procedures Fluent in English. French knowledge as a plus A graduate in Computer Science, Management Information Systems as a plus Why work with us?
