We are currently seeking a POS EMEA Solution Product Owner to join our POS and Payment team Your opportunity Within Kering Technologies POS and Payment team, you will be responsible of the design, build and delivery of the POS and Mobile POS solutions for the main bands of the group (Gucci, YSL, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Brioni and Richard Ginori) in EMEA region. How you will contribute · To collaborate with Front Office Functional team to collect and arbitrate the different brands/departments requirements, coordinating the prioritization and feasibility analysis; · To guarantee the quality of the that the solution design, build, test in accordance with Brands and System Integrators; · To coordinate the different IT resources involved in the product delivery: · POS Integration Product Owner, in charge of all topics related to interfaces that POS is required; · POS Project Manager in charge of the demand management and overall brand/shared service relationships; · POS Technical Lead, in charge of the technical project and the overall technical aspects of the POS product; · POS Adoption lead, in charge of the user guide creation and solution release communication to all brands; · POS Application Maintenance team, responsible of the run of the POS product; · System Integrator teams (business analysts/developers/testers); · To engage and coordinate with other Kering IT departments involved in the solution delivery; · To assure to the solution delivery within New POS program which target to replace the existing POS solution by the latest technologies, while keep the production solution up to date during the transitional phase in the region. Who you are · Experience as Product Owner of at least 3 years, managing the delivery of a software through all design/build/test phases; · Experience in working with Agile Methodology, knowledge of AgilePM® methodology is a plus; · Strong experience on POS SW implementations/maintenance for Retail industry, better if Oracle Xstore solutions; · Experience of international companies with multibrand environment is a plus; · Familiar with JIRA is a plus; · Fluent in English.
