Your opportunity KERING has launched a global program for the implementation of a global ERP based on SAP tools for the entire group and its subsidiaries. The objective of this program is to harmonize and simplify Kering’s business processes and to simplify the group’s information systems landscape. We are looking for SAP SD/MM Support in charge of driving and delivering support services on our SAP application in the logistics supply chain area with our AMS (Application Maintenance Services) partner based in Italy and the Philippines. Thanks to your expertise, you will contribute to the implementation of a robust solution adapted to Kering’s business needs for the omnichannel distribution of our products. How you will contribute Monitor the interfaces, message integration of picking & shipping request Be the point of contact of internal/external stakeholder Prepare accurately reports and document, and present your analyzes and recommendations on the various activities to the manager Follow the logistics activity with warehouses (new enhancement: change request, Root Cause Analysis: Incident) You will be in charge of priority reviews, escalation management and the proper integration of Supply Chain solutions with other areas (Retail, Finance, Master Data) Support Logistics Team & Warehouse Management Team (WMS) to identify and ensure the integration and develop with Carriers and our warehouse partner Who you are : You have at least 2 years of expertise on SAP SD/MM modules Experienced in the integration between SAP and non-SAP solutions (Warehouse management system, Carriers , …) SAP AIF interfaces management solution will be a plus Experienced in Logistic is mandatory, fashion/luxury company in the logistic area as a plus Fluent in English Italian and French are a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees, management, and external contacts.
