Your opportunityWithin the End User Experience Department of Kering Technologies, you will be part of the Adoption team in charge of Kering’s tools and technological platforms adoption, thus contributing to the digital transformation of the Group and its Houses. Your opportunity Within the End User Experience Department of Kering Technologies, you will be part of the Adoption team in charge of Kering’s tools and technological platforms adoption, thus contributing to the digital transformation of the Group and its Houses. We are currently seeking an Adoption Project Manager , with expertise in Change and in Tech Retail programs, to join our team, in Paris be focus on the new POS program. How you will contribute You will contribute in particular to the key program NEW POS aiming to change the Kering payment solution and to ensure the best-in class tech user experience to our Houses. You will coordinate and manage the resources assigned to the projects ensuring that the various deliverables are produced in accordance with Kering’s graphic charter and visual rules, while ensuring that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with the brand. As an Adoption Project Manger you will : Conduct assessment of the business needs (communication, training, UX design, dashboarding), do the impact analysis, prepare the adoption action plan and the operational retro planning Estimate the workload and possible additional costs (external resources, video agency, filming, etc.), Identify performance gaps and provide corrective actions Define the upstream KPI of the projects and build reports monitoring the success of the change Define the communication and the training strategy Manage the internal stakeholder (Kering’s brand) relationship identifying the main actors and the sponsors of the change Contribute to the continued industrialization process of our approach and method on a global scale. Who you are 5 years experience in change management and transformation for Tech projects and at least one experience in payment solution projects Fluent in English, knowleadgeable in Italian is a plus Preferable knowledgeable of one of these tools: Powerbi, Adobe Suite, AfterEffect, Figma, Articulate Learning Very good team player with exceptional interpersonal skills able to collaborate and manage people involved within the projects Someone with very good communication skills, able to interact with different stakeholders in terms of background (developers, business stakeholder from the brands, executives…) and cultures. Someone who strives for quality in all work aspects, detail-oriented and well organized, passionate about fashion/luxury/design Proven ability of problem solving, proactivity, precision and flexibility Experience in Agile product development and management is a plus Why work with us?
