Job Scope

To actively support the NSM in the territory, representing DiaSorin.

To help define solutions and tactics for approaching customers and coordinate related activities.

To develop business in the area of responsibility as the primary interface of sales management.

To manage as Program Manager the bidding process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate FCST sales process activities and tools:

  • Sales funnel management in the CRM area of responsibility.
  • Ensure interaction with different business departments (Workflow team, CSS, Clinical team, ESF)
  • Kick-off tender, schedule and assign tasks in compliance with tender timelines, verify technical/economic bid fairness
  • Maintain regular relationships with key decision makers and KOLs in the area of expertise to whom the company’s vision, strategy, and major innovations can be presented.
  • Responsible for sales execution agreed upon with DM/NSM.
  • Ensure the cadence and regularity of sales actions through interaction with sales agents

Education, Experience, and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical/scientific subjects or professional qualification of equivalent level or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role preferably in the diagnostic or chemical/pharmaceutical sector
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office package
  • CRM experience, solid experience in public bid management, notions of project management
