The Key Account Representative is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

The role will consist of ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets/targets for the large-scale retail channel in its area of reference through:

  • Developing the Customer Plan and implementing at local level the National Framework Contracts of reference;
  • Constant verification of its customers' performance, both in terms of turnover and profitability, correct forecast per customer/product, execution in stores of agreed planograms and promotional activities.
  • Negotiation of the correct assortment of references at the customer's facilities taking into account the store formats of reference
  • Correct implementation of promotional activities and merchandising, and monitoring of competitors.
  • Management and negotiation of promotional budgets;
  • Gathering of all Sell-Out information necessary for the territorial management of the business, monitoring in the field of assigned customer stores with improvement of shelf positioning and in the execution of promotions.
  • Provide support to Area Manager in identifying new business opportunities to increase company customer base;
  • Discuss annual brand strategies (presentations-submitting proposals and discussing terms prior alignment work with Brand Activation team )
  • Product coding (preparation of data sheets)

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Education:

De gree in Economics or Statistics

Experience:

Experience of at least 3/5 years in the FMCG companies in Sales or Trade Marketing roles

Languages:

Very good knowledge verbal and written English

  • Full knowledge of market needs and attitude regarding FMCG
  • Very good skills of sales strategy
  • Standard skills on Microsoft Office package
  • Well-structured and organized and focus on reach objectives
  • Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment, eager to learn and flexible
