Take ownership of continuous improvements We are seeking an experienced and motivated lead engineer of civil & structural engineering for Gas Technology Equipment (GTE) e Climate Technology Solutions (CTS), and sustainable plant solutions part of a larger Plant & Module engineering team. As engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity and safety of plant facilities, such as steel modules, platforms, steel structures, concrete foundations, and civil works. You will be actively part of the civil & structural engineering pool to be responsive to external environment and participate in cross-functional business and cultural development. You will be responsible for the design execution of projects and program as part of Plant and Modules team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Designing the civil and structural components for sustainable technologies, and modularized solutions. Design the foundation, structural steelwork, and structural components of the plant and steel module. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and ensure designs are safe and reliable. Providing technical support to the construction team during the construction and erection phases of the project, resolving issues that arise and providing technical guidance to ensure safe and efficient implementation of design change. Managing engineering vendor relationships, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendors meet project requirements. Ensuring high-quality civil and structural design work that meets the project’s quality standards through review, quality checks, and implementation of quality control procedures. Coordinating the civil and structural discipline activities with other disciplines, including process, mechanical layout, equipment, balance of plant, electrical, and instrumentation, to deliver a fully integrate solutions and to ensure compliance with project requirements and design specifications Managing the interface between the design team and construction team during the construction and installation phase of plant facilities Participating in project meetings and provide technical expertise and advising to project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulators Sustaining Company on providing technical support and advising during offer phase on properly defining the scope of supply. Preparing technical reports, presentations, and other project documentation as required Identifying and evaluate design risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risk Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field. Have proven experience in complex Oil&Gas/Industrial/Sustainable solutions plant Civil and Structural design, preferably in EPC companies. Demonstrate consolidated expertise in application of engineering tools for civil & structures design (ex. SAP2000) Have knowledge of 3D Plant Modeling tools (ex. TEKLA or AVEVA E3D). Show leadership skills, including the ability to inspire other. Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Be able to work collaboratively with other teams and departments within the organization. Show organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Have knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, including API, ASME, and ACI Show passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
