To strengthen our Security Architecture Team, we are looking for experienced Identity and Access Management Architect with strong technical background and leadership skills plus proven IT architecture experience. This position reports to Category Lead – Security Architecture Your responsibilities Create and execute on IT technology strategy to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives Work together with all stakeholder to design IT systems based on requirements coming from the business Closely Collaborate with other Architects to ensure integrity of enterprise architecture across whole organization Help business leaders and their teams think through the technology, business and operational implication of their technology investments decisions Determine innovative solutions and their further value prove within ABB environment Develop and maintain Architecture standards and related documents Perform market trends, technology and vendors evaluation Your background 10 plus years of experience with IT Infrastructure, Applications and Security processes and solutions, in particular: Identity and Access Management for 20k users, Active Directory/Azure Active Directory Federation Services Multi-Factor Authentication Enterprise Single Sing On Privilege Access Management Application integration in IAM and in SSO Understanding of Manufacturing/Operation Technology environment in context of IAM is a plus Strong Information Security knowledge Strategic thinking Zero Trust in Identity Management Experience in global project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle Experience in leading IT people, who do not report directly Experience in objectively evaluating solutions and making recommendations Analyze business requirements to develop technical solution and their framework Ability to communicate with stakeholder on different levels in organization Fluent English language and good interpersonal and communication skills More about us It is our mission in Information Systems (IS) to harness the power of information technology to deliver valuable, reliable and competitive IS services for ABB.
