Join our Testing Engineering Team Partner with the best As Lead Manufacturing Engineer F2F Custom Cell You will be responsible for : Design and develop assembly routings for centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, turbo expander and new products for energy transition ; Support operations to ensure technical alignment with the routing design and quality and HSE requirements; Be involved in the non-conformity management process, giving support on techical side (ENG and quality control interface) Develop digital tools and processes to improve MFG ENG design and management Link information between different departments to ensure smooth and synchronized execution. Implementing improvements and corrective actions on Fixtures- Analysing operator’s feedback, to identify improvement opportunities Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor’s in a technical field from an accredited University (Mechanical Engineering) or a High School Diploma (Mechanical Diploma) with demonstrated experience ( 10 year ) Have the capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures Have the ability in coordinating the job of external Contractors and engineering Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems. Have the ability to accomplish goals through collaborative efforts, managing the working time in a flexible way Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
