Lead PLM Systems Engineer

Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Lead PLM Systems Engineer to join our team. This role can be based anywhere in Italy. The PLM team sits within our IT & Digital Solutions function of the business delivering systems support to all CAD/PLM users. We work closely with the PDM function and our central position within the business will allow you work with a wide variety of end users and business stakeholders. We Would Like You To Provide end user support for PLM applications Configure and administer PLM systems, services and integrations Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop appropriate solutions Lead project planning to ensure PLM solutions are delivered on time and within budget Produce documentation to support all phases of the development process. Help define PLM best practices and standards across the organisation We Would Like You To Have Excellent working knowledge of Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE or Siemens Teamcenter Strong experience with PLM system configurations and customisations User support experience Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues Experience of gathering detailed requirements and project delivery Ability to compile technical documentation and user guides.
