Leasing and Expansion Manager – Rome Area

LPP Italy Srl is a recent start up that is developing a fast paced expansion of the LPP Brands in the Italian market. In 2023 we’ve opened the first 4 Sinsay Stores and we have a very ambitious expansion plan to reach all the strategic landmarks across all Italy to open more than 200 stores in the next 3 years We are looking for a Leasing and Expansion Manager to join our Expansion Team and follow the expansion operations in the Rome Area . The candidate must have a good experience in companies in the Retail and/or Fashion field. The candidate will be responsible for: Finding real estate locations according to brand standard; Market penetration & location analysis Negotiating lease agreements; Maintain and build relationships with landlords and agencies; Track record of the existing and new lease agreements; Preparation of market studies, presentations and strategy; Recommendation of the full business case in terms of market strategy, location requirements, configuration of space, economic and legal terms and presentation of business case for approval. Cooperating with technical departments Analysis of the technical aspects of the location Creating analysis for Director Cooperating with Law department The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: Professional experience in the Real Estate sector; Fluent knowledge of the English language; Extensive knowledge of the commercial Real-Estate market; Excellent organizational skills (ability to set goals and prioritize tasks); Dynamic personality with excellent negotiations, communication, interpersonal and business development skills; Motivation, self-confidence, proactivity, creativity, commitment and initiative Able to connect quickly, build trust and maintain relationships Availability to travel The Company offers: · Stable position in a well-established company; · Discounts on purchases online and in stores LPP; · Dynamic and international working environment; · Training and growth opportunities; · Competitive salary and company benefits.
