Bulgari, within the Product Marketing Department based in Florence in its Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit, is looking for a LG&A Product Marketing Specialist who will support the development of the product marketing strategy, managing the marketing mix levers relevant to the specific product category and following up on the product lifecycle, up to market launch in cooperation with all involved department within and outside the BU. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Analyze sales performance, market trends, consumers and competitors; Perform trend reports and provide competitive analysis and research on a regular basis; Support in the development of marketing brief (Main collection, High-End and/or special projects) according to marketing strategies, guidelines and strategic insights; Support in the organization of new collections’ presentations at showroom and develop relevant support materials. Ensure accurate and on-time data entry on PLM system; Ensure accurate and regular update of all documents related to the collection development (briefing, cockpit, delivery plan, pricing benchmark, etc.); Preparation of documents to plan and carry out cross-functional activities (VM guidelines, communication campaigns, sales forecast, product training, packaging etc.); Involvement in all daily and ad-hoc activities of Product Marketing Department. TECHNICAL SKILLS Product marketing techniques. Awareness of luxury brands, fashion industry and current trends (a previous experience in a luxury or fashion brand is considered a plus). Analysis and reporting techniques. IT applications: Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Ability to use ERP/SAP and BW. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
