LG&A Product Marketing Specialist SLG

Bulgari, within the Product Marketing Department based in Florence in its Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit, is looking for a LG&A Product Marketing Specialist SLG who will support the development of the product marketing strategy regarding the small leather goods field. The profile will manage the marketing levers relevant to the specific product category and lifecycle in cooperation with all involved departments within and outside the Business Unit. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Support in the development of marketing brief according to marketing strategies, guidelines and strategic insights; Weekly sales reporting, sell-thru and best/worst sellers’ analysis. Market and competitor’s analysis in term of product and price positioning; Perform trend reports and provide competitive analysis and research on a regular basis; Support in the organization of new small leather goods collections’ presentations at showroom and develop relevant support materials; Ensure accurate and on-time data entry on PLM system; Ensure accurate and regular update of all documents related to the collection development (briefing, cockpit, delivery plan, pricing benchmark, etc.); Preparation of documents to plan and carry out cross-functional activities (VM guidelines, communication campaigns, sales forecast, training, etc.); Define a target price for each requested development in order to achieve the target margin, and ensure the consistency among the collection pricing structure and the coherence with the main business objectives; Involvement in all daily and ad-hoc activities of Product Marketing Department. TECHNICAL SKILLS Product marketing techniques A previous experience in a luxury or fashion brand is considered a plus Awareness of luxury brands, fashion industry and current trends Project management Analysis and reporting techniques IT applications: Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
