The Role The Account Receivables and Operation Specialist will directly report to the Finance Manager UK & Eire. The right person will have exposure across the entire business, partnering with different departments as needed focusing on operations and accounts receivables. The candidate will work closely with the accounting team also supporting the accounting payable when needed. Main activities: Logistic/operation Monitoring and evaluating the local UK logistic suppliers. The candidate will directly manage the operations with the local suppliers Plan, organize and execute logistic and supply chain processes for the showrooms Securing the cost-effective logistic processes Provide costs and logistic/storage analysis Provide support to monitor the inventories in warehouse and showrooms Manage customs documents Accounts payables Post into the system (Navision) all the Intercompany invoices (purchases for goods) Work on monthly intercompany re-charges and reconciliations Accounts receivables Ensure all shipped orders are billed, raising sales invoices and credit notes where necessary First point of contact for customer billing queries. Monthly credit control, emailing customers whose accounts are overdue and chasing payments Support the finance manager in the Sales forecast estimates (monthly basis) Qualifications for the role: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or qualified Accountant At least 3/4 years of Accounting and Operations experiences Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, good knowledge of Excel is mandatory Technical and Soft skills: Good English knowledge is mandatory.
