Lifestyle Design – CRM Application Specialist About Lifestyle Design Our continuous journey to transform some excellences into an integrated group, leading at a global level the high-end furniture market, starts in 2014 when Haworth acquires Poltrona Frau Group. Lifestyle Design is now a federation of 10 Brands, Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Cappellini, Ceccotti Collezioni, Karakter, Luminaire, Janus et Cie, Luxury Living Group, Interni, Zanotta with 2.000 employees worldwide. We operate in over 75 countries, with 80 Showrooms. More than 1,600 worldwide users, 4 Data Centers and 200 Servers. The Role This resource will be in charge of the functional requirements and evolution of our CRM platform which is based on MS Dynamics technology. He/she has to work in coordination to the brands’ strategies, with the ultimate goal of providing features, reports and KPIs that can enhance the Group’s competitiveness. He/she has to collaborate with business stakeholders as well as with colleagues from the IT department: a strong collaboration with IT Retail, ERP, Digital Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams to is required to ensure interoperability between systems, maximizing synergy between business processes. The resource will be part of the Corporate Information System Department and report to the Business Application manager. Main activities: Work closely with the business to identify challenges and areas for improvement Identify possible corrective/improving actions and definition of change requests and adoption plan Define and implement evaluation metrics (KPIs) for system adoption and the benefits introduced by new features Prepare functional specifications for technical developments on the platform Work with and coordinate the system integrator ensuring timing and cost compliance for all project activities Conduct periodic checks on the state of CRM system usage, taking corrective actions if required Provide comprehensive support and training to users Ensure seamless integration of the system with other company systems, such as ERP, Retail systems, e-commerce, web, and Marketing automation Qualifications for the role: Bachelor’s degree in technical IT disciplines Essential prior experience of 4-5 years with CRM solutions (Salesforce or Microsoft), either in consulting or within a user company Excellent knowledge of Sales, Marketing, e-commerce, and Service processes, preferably in the retail sector Skills in data analysis and report creation, preferably using PowerBI Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365-CRM and DevOps platforms is a plus Soft skills: Excellent proficiency in the English language and willingness to travel abroad Ability to interact continuously with the business, speaking the same language Strong analytical and reporting skills Aptitude for problem setting and problem solving Time and cost management skills Ability to work in teams, including international teams, and openness to collaboration Workplace: Milano J-18808-Ljbffr
