In this role, you will be the Local business leader responsible for Portfolio Management. Run the business operations to optimize portfolio performance, execute strategy and deliver expected results. This position reports to Regional Manager Excitation Europe Your responsibilities Implement the Portfolio/Business Line strategy and ensures business development, including profit and loss (P&L). Ensure development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensure achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Evaluate market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the strategy. Continuously develop and manage the products, solutions, systems and/or service portfolio to achieve and secure market leadership. Ensure profitable business growth in the domestic and allocated market. Ensure production and/or execution of high-quality products, services and processes. Monitor quality metrics, identify opportunities for improvement in local execution, and oversee improvement activities. Ensure the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results and customer satisfaction. Ensure engineering capabilities and support Research and Development initiatives. Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Your background Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or technical field. At least 3 years of experience, working as Product Engineer or similar with energy efficiency systems in the manufacturing market. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian.
