UNIQLO will open its first store in Rome in Spring 2024 in the iconic Galleria Alberto Sordi in Via del Corso, a main street in the historical center of the city. With a total sales floor area of more than 1,300 square meters distributed over three floors, the new store will feature WOMEN’S, MEN’S, and KIDS lines of clothing. We are currently looking for a Store Loss Prevention Coordinator to work as part of the LP team in our new UNIQLO Flagship store in Rome, Italy. What is your purpose? Maximises sales through delivering exceptional operational standards and customer service. Manages all initiatives and daily tasks associated with loss prevention, safety management and stock management directed by the Store Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and company assets Ensures full knowledge of and exemplify LP/safety policy, procedure and standards Prepares incident reports, accident reports and investigate reports according to company guidelines Offers recommendations and solutions to potential loss/safety concerns Provides staff training plans based on their abilities and skills Recruitment steps: Step 1: Submit CV Step 2: Pass screening stage Step 3: Attend an interview Step 4: Receive offer DON’T WAIT TO JOIN US, APPLY TODAY Who are our Loss Prevention members? You have the right to work in Italy You speak Italian and English language You are able to work with flexible hours on weekend, public holidays and occasionally on night shifts Skills and attributes Previous experience in a retail environment Previous experience in RFID, Stock Management, CCTV assistance or Alarm/anti fire system is appreciated Basic knowledge of computer applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint Team player that will actively participate in team development Problem solving mindset and quick adaptability to new environment J-18808-Ljbffr
