How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della Direzione Operations – Bulk On Site nel ruolo di Planning Specialist e seguirà la pianificazione delle attività di Manutenzione per l'area Centro.
Sotto la supervisione del Planner Coordinator la sua missione consiste nel pianificare le attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva per gli impianti in clientela, impianti nei siti AL e veicoli di proprietà AL (parte criogenica). Pianifica le fasi degli interventi di manutenzione in maniera efficiente, coordinandosi con i Maintenance Coordinator e con l’Area Manager. Assegna le relative attività ai Maintenance Operator e/o ai Sub-contractor e contatta i clienti e/o i siti per assicurarsi della correttezza della pianificazione. Si assicura del rispetto delle tempistiche per gli interventi di manutenzione sia preventiva che correttiva. Coordina le richieste di intervento tecnico per le installazioni presso il cliente, per le attività di manutenzione nei siti e per i veicoli di proprietà AL. È responsabile della corretta gestione delle informazioni nei sistemi ERP aziendali (SAP). Il Planning Specialist riceve le chiamate dei clienti, coordinando gli interventi della manutenzione correttiva c/o clientela e coadiuva il Maintenance Coordinator nella programmazione delle verifiche di legge (di 1° Impianto e periodiche) previste per gli impianti in clientela.

– Conoscenza delle attività di manutenzione
– Conoscenza della normativa in materia di impianti
– Buona conoscenza delle apparecchiature
– Utilizzo strumenti di gestione (ad esempio: SAP, Project Management)
Completano il profilo:
– Ottime capacità di analisi e pianificazione
– Ottimizzazione dei costi e delle risorse
– Problem Solving
– Buona capacità di comunicazione e ascolto
Laurea triennale in materie scientifiche o diploma tecnico.
