JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Assuming this role within the Market Strategy team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a new tools to set, manage, track and monitor customers discounts/programs and promotions, with a major focus on lens category. You will both work in strong partnership with the IT team, to move forward with the new developments, as well as with other teams within the Market strategy (especially customer master data team) while also getting close exposure to Finance and subsidiaries commercial departments. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: You’ll be responsible for: working with the business for the analysis of requirements and processes related to discounts managements (commercial, financial, rebates) participating in electra roll-out projects in the companies of the EssilorLuxottica Group to identify requirements and perform fit&gap analysis develop the new core model for new process activation (ie. Complete pair) guaranteeing evolutionary developments & maintenance in the FI/CO area for what concerns pricing schema and pricing conditions, collaborating with finance and accounting dep. Works with the rest of discounts team to develop the new DiscoPro tool accordingly to business requirements and new core models setting NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL : IT team, Finance Corporate and Local Team, Local Business Development and local transformation functions EXTERNAL : IT consultants team TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Educational Background: graduate and above from either Business, Engineering or Computer Science background. 5-10 years of experience as project manager in a top-tier consulting company focus on SAP FI-CO projects or 5-10 years of relevant experience as business/finance analyst Proficient knowledge of SAP ERP (focus FI-CO modules) Strong analytical and numerical skills Integrity and maturity Drive for results Outstanding team working and communication skills Excel and Powerpoint Proficiency Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills Drive for results and Ability to work under pressure Ability to manage projects in a cross-functional context J-18808-Ljbffr
