Your mission Objective : Launch Blank in Italy and adapt our current marketing strategy to the local market, while ensuring brand consistency and achieving business goals. This position will be based in Milan. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to contribute to the launch of our company in Italy, create and execute an effective marketing local plan that adapts our approach to the italian market. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the local team, as well as the French marketing team, to ensure that all marketing activities align with the company’s goals and values. The successful candidate will have experience in launching new services or brands (ideally start up, fintech) in Italy and a proven track record of developing and executing marketing plans. You will belong to the core team launching our company in Italy – being hands on, managing unexpected situations and finding solutions will be part of your routine You will be reporting to our local Country Manager. Your responsabilities Develop and implement a marketing local plan, aligned with our marketing strategy, that effectively launches the company in Italy and adapts our approach to the italian market. Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform marketing strategy and tactics. Create marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. You’ll work with our central team to launch those campaigns or with a local agency. Translate or localise all relevant marketing collaterals and ads. Develop and execute online and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns, email marketing, PR, events, and more. Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure that all marketing activities align with the company’s brand identity, messaging, and guidelines. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing campaigns. Report on local marketing performance, both to HQ and to the local country manager. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge of the Italian market of freelance, partita iva, entrepreneurs, company (solo business o creation process) 5-7 years of experience in marketing, including experience launching new services in Italy. Strong understanding of the Italian market, including customer preferences, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements, especially in the partita iva area Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling Italian marketing content. Knowledge of marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and web analytics tools. Experience managing external vendors and agencies. Fluency in English or French and Italian.
