Mission and responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will commit to brand performance by leading go to market & brand marketing programs that support the organization strategy for growth. You will translate HQ strategic brand objectives into local brand plans for the Italian market by establishing strategies to generate growth in awareness, customer files and increase brand relevance in a brand building and profitable manner through 360° marketing plan, events & sponsorship, retail activations.
You will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
360° Marketing Plan:
- Build Italy 360 activations around international priorities, identify and potentialize relevant launches for Italy and animate core pillars
- Communicate 360° product launches tools across all business channels
- Follow up marketing budget and manage ROI & effectiveness of all marketing activities
- Be the link between the TAG Heuer headquarter and the market to share reporting, optimize plans, identify opportunities and push 360 concepts further
- Collect and analyze the client insights, market, competitors on products and events to make recommendations
Events & Sponsoring:
- Source and orchestrate the right launch events and sponsoring activations in the country (Formula 1, Motor Racing, Sailing, Golf)
- Develop, foster, and maximize relationships with teams, agents, athletes, and relevant sports Industry leaders
- Support contract negotiations, including management of contractual payments
- Identify disruptive opportunities to grow brand presence within existing partnerships
- Manage budget and strategically optimize spend across multiple years
- Quantify and track ROI of partnership assets and activations & maximize it against key business objectives
Animate locally Porsche partnership:
- Organize Porsche activations to reinforce brand desirability and embase new clients (e.g ; Porsche Golf Cup and Porsche Carrera Cup)
- Follow-up the activations between Porsche dealerships and our Retailers with an excellence of execution and drive to store objective to boost sales
- Identify opportunities with Porsche clubs to maximize brand awareness and recruit new clients
Retail activations:
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities in relation to all events and promotional activities that take place within the boutiques (Retail and Franchise)
- Decline and roll-out the event formats according to the guidelines received from HQs, adapting them to the needs of local market and prioritizing related activities to increase the Brand awareness and to develop sales and customer relations
- To be responsible for the execution of in-store and consumer facing events in compliance with deadlines, budgets, business expectations (ROI) while ensuring an excellent client experience
- Actively collaborate with global CRM Manager and Retail Marketing Department in order to develop a consistent strategy with effective formats aiming to develop customer relationships
- Manage the locally allocated events investment, developing the budget for the annual activity calendar, based on the corporate strategy and the local social calendar
- Verify and enter into the dedicated system the supplier invoices for a correct budget flow tracking and closure of the project
- Produce qualitative and quantitative reporting at the end of each event/activity implemented in the market
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Development
- Strong experience in a marketing function (preferably events marketing / sports marketing)
- A first experience in a watchmaking business would be a plus
- High interest for Motor Racing and Sports is a must
- Entrepreneurial / startup mindset, highly hands on and adaptable
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills, collaborative team player
- Detail oriented while keeping bigger picture focus
- Solution-driven, focused and organized
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Travel availabilities: 25%+ (occasional nights/weekends required to attend events)
