Industry : Original Manufacturers into the Bulk Material Handling field (Steel, Foundry, Cement, Power Generation, Waste-to-Energy, Biomass) and Renewables technologies (Concentrated Solar Power, Thermal Storage). Language : Fluent in English, both orally and written. A second language would be greatly appreciated. ABOUT THE ROLE The Marketing Manager will sit at the side of the CEO of Magaldi Power S.p.A. and the Vice President of Magaldi Green Energy S.r.l., his role will be crucial to facilitate the growth and consolidation of the core business (steel belt conveyors for a variety of applications) and the launch of the newborn renewable technologies in the fields of the CSP and Thermal Storage. Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales Managers of each Business Unit (Bulk Material Handling, Power Generation and Renewables) to the development of the strategic business plans. Develop an operational Marketing Plan, following the Business Plan, to support each specific area of affairs. Develop and implement a Communication Plan that incorporates the overall Group needs: Marketing Communication, Organizational Communication, Economic, Financial and Institutional Communication (i.e., ESG compliance). Support the Business Development Director to define distinct roles and responsibilities for each partner (Licensees), particularly regarding technology deployment, intellectual property management and co-marketing. Guide and manage the marketing team towards a transversal growth on the different fields of applications and define a KPI method to identify team’s results and Company goals. Additional competences: Regularly evaluate policy, public funds, incentives, and regulatory environment as related to Storage and Concentrated Solar Power. Support the Sales Director and Business Development Director to define a strategic approach towards partnerships with international players for alliances, JV, strategic cooperations. QUALIFICATIONS The candidate will have a strong background in Management Consulting companies or in structured international O&M groups operating in the same industries. The candidate will have 8-10 years in such a role having also acquired a deep knowledge of the renewable technologies market. Proven solid experience in strategic business planning, operational marketing and market analysis. Strong understanding of energy regulations and the renewable technologies sector.
