To drive the awareness of the brand and propel sales (events, marketing campaigns and partnerships etc,) in Italy and Belgium, we are now looking for two local experts in global campaign development and localization as our new

Marketing Manager

You’ll also find opportunities to drive activation that promotes conversion to support sales targets. You’ll break down the communication targets to market level and lead the development of the local marketing strategy, identify opportunities, and create a plan that supports awareness and sales targets.

The local 360 marketing plan is developed in collaboration with the Market team, including Digital commerce, PR and other centralized teams like CRM, performance marketing and social media.

The role in Italy you will be based in Milan or Rome, and for the Belgian market this is a remote role, but preference would be for someone to be in the Antwerp area due to our Club location.

What you’ll do

  • Develop local marketing strategy, based on central campaign and brand guidelines, identifying opportunities to support awareness and sales targets
  • Conduct research to define targeted customer segments and key values driving buying/subscribing behavior
  • Developing and executing marketing activity: including events, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, influencer activity etc.
  • Developing product/brand positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies/plans and overseeing the development and distribution of marketing materials Product/Brand Management (P&L/Revenue Accountability)
  • Identifying market opportunities, translating opportunities into product design, and driving branding/marketing strategies that result in a successful product/brand launch
  • Managing the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, ROI etc.)

What you bring

  • Degree in marketing and several years of marketing experience preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Native-level in local languages, as well as fluency in English
  • Strong project management skills
