Client Details Our esteemed Customer, with more than 7.000 employees spread worldwide, is a leading manufacturer of Chemical and Finished Textile Products. Description JOB DESCRIPTION The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing activities for the brand that the Company is starting to develop in Europe. The field covers a wide range of products from fashion garments to home textiles. ・Market research analysis and positioning strategy Conduct research and analysis of the market to be entered. Based on its results of the research and analysis, He/She will develop a positioning strategy for the business brand. ・Branding strategy Based on the results of the analysis, He/She will define the brand concept within a defined framework, and develop a strategy to increase brand awareness and improve brand value. The concept clearly defines the business domain that the brand handles. ・Planning sales strategy Based on the above concept, He/She will develop sales strategies to expand sales and market share, etc., and support the performance of these strategies. It includes preparation of promotional materials, SNS provision, and internal documents. All planning and execution shall be directed to and approved by the supervisor. In addition, reach a consensus with other personnel and departments in charge, and always coordinate with the brand owner and departments in charge in Japan. Profile JOB REQUIREMENTS – University Master degree (MBA nice to have). – At least 7 years experience in one among these roles: Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Head of Product Management, Category Manager, Global Product Manager or similar. – Strong Analytic and Communication skills. – Ready to travel across Europe up to 30% of time. – Ability to think creatively and innnovatively. – Budget-management skills and proficiency. – Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
