You are responsible for The strategic alignment and commercialization of the product portfolio in Italy & Switzerland. Supporting management in the development of EMEA annual marketing plans and lead country marketing plan. For product development, as well as for the development of product strategies with EMEA marketing and Global Marketing. Planning and executing product launches in close cooperation with the EMEA marketing team and Country Sales team. To identify potentials by means of market research, determine needs and wishes of our customers/KOLs, translate these into product strategies and tactics and create all necessary business cases and return-on-investment analyses. Developing recommendations on the type and scope of current and future product lines, review product specifications and requirements and evaluate new product ideas and/or product changes. To carry out market observations, assess the competition and draw up product comparisons. To lead and support product access negotiations in your country. Defining local conference strategy, budgeting, and execution in collaboration with Sales Manager and Marketing Operations Do you picture yourself like this? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or medical technology or product management. Several years of professional marketing experience working in the medical technology or healthcare industry, in Neurovascular, Peripheral or Coronary. Strong project management skills internally and towards customers. Strategic mindset and be able to adapt EMEA strategies to Italy & Switzerland market. Experience in the area of Italian & Swiss healthcare. Experience in KOL management. Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience in agile work management. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills as well as hands-on mentality and attention to detail. Fluent Italian and English skills are required. Enjoy working in a team but also have the ability to take the lead and work autonomously. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, approx. 75 %.
