Responsible of preparing and managing the promo and marketing budget, collaborating with HR in hiring marketing teams and training them. The marketing manager works closely with the sales organization ensuring a perfect synergy by enrolling and training the clinical profiles in the field. Marketing manager’s responsibilities: Responsible of preparing and managing the promo and marketing budget by specialty prepare and monitor advancement of yearly strategy and report to management on a regular basis support tender process in providing requested materials in timely manner Communicating with Management about existing and new marketing activities Organising promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with stakeholders Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels according to company policy. Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints. Identifying measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company. Recruiting and training Marketing Specialists to ensure department resilience and operationality. Liaising with the Sales Team, acquire and organize Market Intelligence for successful product launching (got to market) campaigns, i.e., identifying target markets, competitors, pricing and produce strategic proposals with measurable KPIs to be actioned by the Sales Team Standardize internal documents and external communications in line with HO Policy to ensure that a consistent Branding communication is achieved. Responsible for Internal Marketing to all departments to ensure that all employees are aware of Company Mission, Statement and Values. Liaising with Marketing department to ensure alignment of Marketing Strategies. Requisiti: The ideal candidate has gained experience in a similar position within contexts operating in the medical device sector.Fluent knowledge of the English language is a mandatory requirement for the search.
