The job As part of its growth, TiMOTION Europe is looking for a: Marketing Manager Your tasks are as follows: Supervision of the team Develop and monitor the operational marketing plan for Europe Establish and monitor the annual marketing budget in agreement with the head office and your management Follow-up, and review of internal and external marketing documents, new projects Ensuring the consistency of the company’s image across all communication channels and media Implementing procedures to improve the functioning of the department Communicate with all internal stakeholders (head office, sales representatives, etc.) Manage a team of 3 people (events, digital and graphic design) Marketing & communication projects Develop TiMOTION’s reputation through trade shows and partnerships Improve the visibility of the website for Europe (management of 7 languages) Animate the community on social networks Manage the creation and follow-up of digital campaigns Develop the SEO strategy, in conjunction with the digital communication manager Internal communication Suggest improvements to the parent company (graphic charter, website, content, CRM) Ensure a permanent watch on market trends and marketing innovations Analysis and reporting Your profile: 3 years of higher education or business school, specializing in communication/web Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar position A sense of vision, responsibility, and a taste for operations Creativity and ability to make proposals Ability to adapt and listen Pro-active, you like to make things happen Versatility, ability to handle different subjects, and managerial skills to support and develop the team Dynamism and team spirit in a collaborative work environment Mastery of IT tools: Pack Office, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, YouTube, CRM Knowledge of SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, and Social Media Very good writing skills Fluency in English is essential Knowledge of the BtoB sector will be a plus DISPONIBILITY: as soon as possible Covering letter to be attached to CV for consideration.
